لا توجد أية رسوم تفرض على عملية الدفع الإلكتروني.

كيف يمكنني معرفة نجاح عملية الدفع؟

سيتم إشعارك عن طريق الرسائل النصية وعن طريق البريد الإلكتروني بأنه تمت عملية الدفع كما أنه سيتم تحويلك نحو خيار طباعة إيصال الدفع.

عملية الدفع الإلكتروني تمت ولكني لم أتلقَ الخدمة المطلوبة

يرجى إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى
‏eservices@sm.gov.om مع إرفاق المستندات التالية(كشف الحساب البنكي,تفاصيل المعاملة, إيصال الدفع ) وسيتم موافاتك بالرد والتفاصيل على ذات البريد الإلكتروني.

Is there a fee for making online payments?

As a customer of the Service, you will not be charged by Sohar Municipality for payment authorizations that you choose to send electronically.

How do I know my payment was successful?

You will be notified with an SMS and Email. Also you will be redirected to print receipt for the payment.

Payment transaction happened but still I did not get the services I request

If payment happened and did not get the requested service, kindly pass the details to eservices@sm.gov.om and submits the following document (bank statement, services details and receipt printed during payment process) and you will notify by email.
