• في حال تقديم بيانات أو مستندات غير صحيحة بقصد الحصول على الخدمة يحق للبلدية اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة التي كفلها القانون في هذا الشأن
• تقديم الطلب وقبوله في النظام لا يعني الموافقة عليه من جانب البلدية وإنما سيخضع للدراسة من كافة النواحي لإجل استكمال إجراءات الحصول على الخدمة المطلوبة

القيود على الإستخدام

• تحميل ملفات على المنصة الالكترونية تحتوي على فيروسات أو بيانات تالفة.
• تحميل ملفات تحتوي بيانات أو معلومات أخرى ليست مملوكة لك أو لا تملك ترخيصاً بشأنها
• القيام بأي إجراء يفرض حملاً كبير أو بصورة غير مناسبة على البنية التحتية للمنصة الالكترونية

Terms & Conditions

• In the event that incorrect data or documents are submitted with the intention of obtaining the Service, the municipality has the right to take appropriate measures guaranteed by the law in this regard.
• Submitting the application and accepting it in the system does not mean it is approved by the municipality. Rather, it will be subject to study in all respects in order to complete the procedures for obtaining the required Service.

Restrictions on use

• Upload files to the platform that contain viruses or corrupted data.
• Upload files that contain data or other information that is not owned by you or that you do not have a license for it.
• Performing any action that imposes a large or inappropriate load on the infrastructure of the platform.
